Reese Minett - FSU Co-Ed Working Toward Psych Degree
As a student at North Broward Preparatory School in Coconut Creek, Florida, Reese Minett was heavily involved with the school’s psychology club. As president, Reese Minett led meetings, events, and fundraisers, worked with school administrators to plan events, and fostered a collaborative environment that encouraged member participation.
Ms. Minett also volunteered with Bonafide Therapy Dogs, a non-profit that trains dogs to be therapy animals in the elderly community. She was also a volunteer at Equine Assisted Therapies of South Florida, where she cared for therapy horses and supported children during their horseback riding sessions. Her work experiences included working as a front desk receptionist at Evolution Yoga and as a summer camp counselor at Blue Star Camps.
In August 2023, Reese Minett began undergraduate studies in criminology and psychology at Florida State University. In addition to academics, she is a member of the FSU Women in Pre-Law Club and Phi Alpha Delta, a law fraternity, and works as a receptionist at Total Health and Rehab Centers. She is on track to finish her degree program in 2027 and has plans to attend law school. She is from Parkland, Florida.
